At the Smallholder and Gardening Festival we were able to talk about our boiler to prospective customers. Many had their own firewood source and were not happy about having to buy processed wood pellets.

One woman said she had a friend who had spent "a lot of money" on a pellet system and "it didn't work".

Another comment we heard a lot was that rural home and business owners felt that geothermal was far too expensive and would not perform adequately. The high cost of the electricity required to run the systems was also highlighted as a concern.

One very interesing conversation was with someone running a small business manufacturing goat cheese. With plenty of land he is able to grow his own fuel so the benefits of one of our boilers is obvious to him - no more £600 a month winter fuel bill !

Woodfuel Wales said about our product "It is robust and simple to use with low maintenance costs and as a bonus built over here (Britain)."

All these concerns were what originally led us to design our boiler, it was very satisfying to discover that many others felt the same way.
