What about European Union regulations ?

Our boiler will be certified to the relevant EU directives and will be labelled accordingly. Amazingly the CE certification is a simpler process than the MCS and should be complete soon.

Is it easy to install ?

Very easy ! Most of the hard work can be done well before the boiler is delivered. We strongly recommend that the electrical connections and plumbing are carried out by skiiled tradesmen fully compliant with the relevant regulations of the country where the boiler is being installed.

What is the point of changing from heating oil when the price has gone down again from recent record highs ?

Long term it has risen a lot, and will continue to do so, as fossil fuels get more and more expensive.

I have loads of trees on my land, can I use these for firewood for your boiler ?

Yes of course, but we do not recommend burning softwood due to its low energy content and its tendency to smoke which is not good for the environment and will cause tar build up in firebox and chimney of the boiler. Best fuel is well seasoned and dry hardwoods, for maximum efficiency and minimum environmental impact.

I live in France - can I have one of these ?

Our furnaces are made in Britain, an EU country and CE certification will be completed very soon. There are currently two boilers in France, one of which has been installed, the other is being installed shortly.
